Not everthing false is a lie.

I'm tired of people saying "Oh, that's a lie." Today, I just told the random fact that there has been evidence that when young people listen to music, they tend to get depressed. She didn't think it was true, so she simply stated, "that's a lie" and basically discredited the most credible source out there: The New York Times. Um...okay? There was a manager at Hot Topic that I asked what the age limit to work was, and he told me directly: "16" Then he saw my response of "Aw man..." and he told me about how they also hired a 14 year old once. As long as you get there at the right time and they new employees. She asked the question to an employee over there, as well, but got a different answer. And called me a liar. Defining Lie: an intentionally false statement. Did I intend on giving you a wrong answer? No. Did New York Times go through all these surveys to try and give you a wrong answer? No. Liar is almost as bad as any other curse word to me cause if you think about it, anything you accuse someone of frequent lack of respect for the world, can be classified almost as a curse word. A curse word is no better than the word "liar".

=___=

in most classes, if you try, you do well. In HGAP, you can try all you want, but you will never do well. Honey, it don't matter if you pay attention and do your projects or not, it matters if you have luck. You see, if the test miraculously has something your teacher had mentioned, you're lucky and you might do well. But don't count on it. I thought I was like KILLING IT because I studied even earlier (12 days earlier, to be exact) and I knew most of the contents of the test. And ended up with a 60. This is what they mean when they say "Life's Not Fair"

it's killing me
